The Gluttony Project is my name for a diet plan. Here I keep track of my overall progress,my reasons for wanting to be thin and my rules.
I WANT. . .
p The infamous gap between my thighs.
p Small, thin arms.
p Small, cute bottom.
p No cellulite.
p Flat stomach.
p Jutting hip bones.
p Protruding collar bones.
p Defined jaw line.
p Small wrists and ankles.
p Visible rib cage.
p Angular back.
p NO love handles.
p NO wobbly thighs.
p 100 lbs.
p Back dimples.
MY RULES. . .
NO JUNK FOOD
Only eat between 9am and 7pm
Exercise Daily
Weigh in daily but only record Mondays
If daily calorie limit must be compromised, fast the following day
Drink 2 glasses of water before eating
Drink Green Tea in the morning after waking up and at night before sleeping
Cut food into small pieces and chew really well
Always leave some food on the plate
Refrain from eating for as long as possible
